The alumina is a hard particles, the hard particles to develop higher friction. It will be easy to material removal and grinding, samples hold at 10-15 minutes like mirror polish and used for micro examination ready for the samples. Similarly, if needed diamond paste polishing it also done this machine.

In the preparation process of the metallographic sample, the pre-grinding of the sample is an indispensable pre-process before polishing. After the sample is pre-polished, the effect of the sample preparation can be greatly improved. The grinding and polishing machine is designed by multi-faceted research and collection of opinions and requirements of various users, and completely uses stainless steel standard parts. The machine will never rust, which greatly increases the product's performance. It is the ideal equipment for pre-grinding the sample. It is easy to use, safe and reliable. It is the ideal sample for factories, research institutes and colleges and universities.

'MOdern' Semi Automatic Double Disc Polishing Machine Model
RSMP-2S + MPT is having 200mm dia two polishing interchangeable discs made of brass or aluminum with polishing cloth holding clamps. Discs rotating speed is 50 to 1000 RPM which is controlled by Front Panel Touch Screen having stepless AC drive with digital LED display of RPM. Outer body of the
machine is fabricated form strong FRP to avoid rusting. Fitted with heavy duty high torque 1 HP motor.
MPT head suitable for polishing three samples of dia 30mm each at a time, with 0-40 N pressure. Head rotates clockwise at a fixed speed of 50 RPM.
For fluid /water supply, two taps with adjustable valves are fitted.
Water drainage port is built-in the machine.
Machine operates on 220V-230V / 50 Hz / Single Phase.
