The working table to fix the Samples holding by (degrees of freedom) arrested locking device. This machine fully operated water-based coolant circulated beginning to end of the sectioning. The coolant water stored in separate storage coolant tank with rust free material build the body. The samples were holding shapes like round, rectangle, squares, hexagonal and sim types etc., to monitored cutting samples to view by glass with attached electrical lamp and protected doors, the doors are hydraulic stick operated. Simple Maintenance frequently: monthly maintenance, maintenance is very simple are given below,

Low Speed Cutting Machine

JMQ-12 low speed precise cutting machine is mainly used to cut small cylindrical, square metal body electronic circuit board material. The load constant cutting force automatic cutting machine uses weight block, automatically stop when the cutting is complete, using micrometer device to adjust the thickness of the sample cutting to do precise cutting, therefore supporting as TEM sample preparation equipment. JMQ-12 low speed precise cutting machine is speed controllable to avoid burning due to overheating of the cutting sample. The machine is equipped with a strong cooling system. Rotating diamond saw blades in the cutting process brings out of cooling water so that the dicing sheet and the sample material can be cooled, the surface of the sample after cutting is bright and flat without burns. The equipment has easy operation and maintenance and is an excellent device for cutting small material and electronic circuit boards.
